1. Acceptance

By accessing kalipatriot.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created automatically when you log in with Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account. I may suspend, deactivate, or anonymize any account at my sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms, abuse, or no reason at all.

4. User Content

Comments you post are moderated before they appear publicly. I may edit, reject, or remove comments at my discretion. You retain ownership of comment content; by posting you grant me a non-exclusive worldwide license to display, store, and moderate it on this site. Do not post: spam, harassment, threats, illegal content, malware, or content infringing others' IP.

5. CTF / Security Challenge Authorization

This site hosts intentional CTF-style challenges. To remove ambiguity under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and similar laws:

• Authorized: security testing against the public-facing kalipatriot.net domain and its registered HTTP endpoints, performed at human-driven request rates.
• Strictly prohibited:
  • Denial of service or load-generation attacks (no high-rate brute force, no fuzzing at scale > 10 requests/second).
  • Attempts to access, modify, or exfiltrate other users' personal data.
  • Attacks against infrastructure outside kalipatriot.net: the Cloudflare tunnel, the host Pi, Discord, the hosting LAN, or any pivot from this site.
  • Social engineering of me or any third party.
  • Persistence beyond your authenticated session (no backdoors, no shells, no creating admin accounts).
  • Public disclosure of vulnerabilities before notifying me and waiting 90 days.
  • Any activity prohibited by US law.
• Reporting: security findings go to kalipatriot on Discord or [email protected]. See also /.well-known/security.txt.
• Safe harbor: I will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that complies with this section. This authorization is revocable at any time, including retroactively for activity that crosses the line above.

6. Intellectual Property

All blog post text, certifications metadata, site design, source code, and other content on this site are © Landon Byrge, all rights reserved. The source code is proprietary and not publicly distributed. No license is granted to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

This site is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of this site.

9. Copyright Complaints

Send copyright concerns to [email protected]. Include: (a) identification of the work claimed infringed, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material on kalipatriot.net, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, (f) your physical or electronic signature.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Putnam County, Tennessee.

11. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
